My name is Susovan Dhara, I am a Chartered Accountant having extensive experience in the filed of Taxation and Financial Reporting and various ROC related compliances.

1. In Income Tax, I have experience of filling returns, tax audit, replying to Income tax notices, handling search and seizure cases and appeals.

2. In GST, I have experience of GST registration, filling returns,  replying to notices from GST department, handling GST Audits.

3. In financial reporting I have experience of preparing financial statements both standalone and consolidated as per AS (Indian GAAP) and Ind AS, finalisation of books of accounts etc.

4. In ROC Compliance I have experience in various companies and LLP formation and also filling of various forms such as AOC 4, MGT 7, DPT 3 etc.
