Hi, I'm Shivanshi, a copywriter specializing in saas and B2B companies.I quote too much (and I mean it because I even got it tattooed) from the Sanskrit symbol "Breathe", which is a beautiful reminder to do things that come naturally. ​To me, writing comes undemandingly, so digging deeper into it makes me happy. I believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in this crazy world: your personality, your sense of humor, and most importantly, your heart. All of these elements brought me to start my journey as a Copywriter.

I had my inclination towards writing since childhood, though I realized it much later when I started doing my first job and grew with my second job with a saas startup. I got the opportunity to work in multiple fields like Event marketing and management, Merchandising, Digital marketing (SEO), Fashion consultancy, and A saas startup.

The common in all of them has been exploring new aspects, interacting with people, and of course, writing(emails, blogs, articles, and handling Instagram).I also started my e-commerce platform (Tiska) under Wooplr in 2016. I was managing the website content and the brand's social media profiles. However, due to some reasons, I closed Tiska in 2018. But, this didn't stop me from pursuing my dreams, and I am still going strong.

I have worked as a Customer Success Manager with a saas startup, and my major responsibilities came down to writing the monthly blogs, writing and maintaining product documentation, compiling monthly in-app messages, minimizing churn, performing weekly tests, and copywriting the emails. 

Other competencies were, working on user onboarding, setting up the feedback forms, responding to user's queries.Following my passion for writing, as a freelance copywriter, I now help businesses and saas companies to acquire more clients using digital copywriting.
